Delivery and Service Conditions

At Specially, our service focuses on the creation of personalized digital invitations. Below, we explain how the delivery is carried out and what the conditions of our service are:

1. Delivery of Your Digital Invitations

Once the design of your invitations is finalized and you have made the remaining payment, we will provide you with a unique link (URL) where your digital invitation will be hosted. This link will be accessible through any web browser, and you can easily share it with your guests.

The delivery of the link will be made through the contact medium you have provided to us. We will notify you when your invitation is ready to be shared.

1.1. Delivery Time

The delivery time will be 7 business days (from the working calendar of Spain) from the date of the first payment.

2. Service Conditions and Potential Issues

2.1. Design Revisions

We understand that personalization is key. During the design process, we will offer you the possibility to make revisions as agreed in the selected service package. The number of revisions included will be clearly specified when you contract the service.

Once you approve the final design, the design service is considered complete.

2.2. Technical Problems or Errors

In the event that you experience any technical problems with your invitation link or find any error that is our responsibility (for example, a typographical error that was not approved in the final revision), we will do everything possible to resolve it as soon as possible.

2.3. Changes After Final Approval

Once the design has been approved and the invitation link has been delivered, any additional changes requested by the client may incur additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon beforehand.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed in the "Right of Withdrawal" section of our Terms and Conditions.
